Finally an event for small club owners. I never bother with the trade show as it is all about trainers. Whats the format of the meeting going to be?

When are you guys going to get out the agenda? I own a small club and it sounds like this event is really geared towards people like me.
Our facility is really struggling with new membership sales this year. If I can get some feedback on what other owners are doing that's successful I'm very interested.
